80755N 为单液、不含溶剂之UV可见光硬化接着密封胶, 使用于困难接着材质, 产品经由足够能量之紫外光或可见光照射后硬化,

PhotoCure 80755N 使用于接玻璃、压克力、ABS、 PS、Polycarbonate、铝及铝合金、铜、不锈钢及部分橡胶。

PhotoCure 80755N is single part UV visible light cure adhesive for
difficult to bond material. Product cure by illumination of UV or
visible light radiation with sufficient intensity. Cured resin show
very good and toughened mechanic properties and provide high peel
strength and excellent impact resistance properties. PhotoCure 80755N
is suitable for wide range of material include bonding of Glass, PMMA,
ABS, Polycarbonate, PS, Aluminum, Copper, Stainless steel and some
rubbers. |

接着之材质必需至少一面为光可穿透, 接着剂为单液, 直接施胶于欲接着部位, 组合材质并轻压使接着剂分散确保接着剂与两材质完全接触,
以特定灯源照射数秒至固化.
产品经由紫外光或可见光照射固化, 所需之光源需具有足够之功率及光之波长, 可固化之光波长范围为220nm~438nm, 建议照射灯源使用具有合适波长并可提供照度至少50
mW/cm2之中压水银灯. 灯源具有365nm之波长为主要固化波长, 220~255nm波长可增加接着剂之表干速度, 400~430nm可见光之波长可增加接着剂之固化深度.
固化速度决定于灯源之功率、材质之透光性、接着剂厚度、材质与灯源间之距离。 |

光及热敏感性产品, 室温保存于干爽阴暗之场所, 并避免阳光照射及接近热源以得到最佳之保存期限。产品暴露于光之下可能导致黏度变高并可能而影响其它性能。
Light sensitive product. Product should be stored in dry cool and
dark area. Keep away from heat and light source to obtain maximum
shelf life. Do not expose on sunlight directly. Improper storage may
result in slow curing and possible thicken of adhesive. |
